La premi\u00e8re action tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, est la st\u00e9rilisation de ceux-ci. Il reste anormal qu&rsquo;en une seule ann\u00e9e plus de <strong>VINGT MILLE chats se font euthanasi\u00e9s<\/strong> dans les refuges et ceci rien qu&rsquo;en Belgique. <\/p>\n<p>La l\u00e9gislation en cours nous oblige \u00e0 tenir nos chiens en laisse. Cette directive n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour emp\u00eacher les chiens de courir en \u00ab\u00a0libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, mais pour emp\u00eacher ceux-ci de d\u00e9ranger \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition les nich\u00e9es au sol beaucoup plus nombreuses que vous ne croyez.
